Wow is the first word that comes to mind. The facilities , cleanliness, modern rooms and bathrooms and beautiful decor, careful planning and arrangements of each room was indeed a breath of fresh air considering the general quality of hotels in other cities. I just was so happy and relieved to find such a good hotel. It's evident they have a great team. They have an excellent dining area, bar, pool area and a modern, clean spa. Truly nothing to fault. Sandeep( I hope I have his name correctly) was particularly helpful and kind. My birthday coincided with my stay and the staff was really thoughtful and sent cake to my room at midnight. That was so special.

Breakfast was very good, staff were helpful in preparing and suggested in assisting with our dietary requirements. The choice on offer was very good and catered for Indian and European travelers.

I am a solo travelers.The hotel is neat and well placed.love the room decor and the green colour in the room. The staff is very cordial and helpful. I happened to stay during my birthday, Priyanka made it very special for me .On my return from site seeing I was surprised to see beautifully decorated room with a birthday and lovely birthday card .My day was complete.Vishnu from house keeping did a wonderful job of decoration, thank you Vishnu keep up the good work . Priyanka is a wonderful person she guided me through out my stay where to eat must visit places. She made Jodhpur trip most memorable for me . Thankyou Priyanka.

The Novotel Hotel in Jodhpur exceeded all expectations, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly designed with a touch of local heritage. The staff including Priyanka and Hariom went above and beyond with their warm hospitality and prompt service. The highlight was the dining experience, featuring a variety of delectable cuisines that catered to all palates. . I tried other local heritage hotel for fort views but didn’t worth of food or pleasant stay in Jodhpur. Novotel Jodhpur made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for family.

I recently stayed at Novotel Jodhpur, and it was genuinely impressive. The hotel is decently-priced and offers much more than you’d expect. The rooms were cozy, clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. What truly made the difference was the service—it could honestly put some of the fancier hotels to shame. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and ready to help from the moment we walked in until we checked out. Their warmth and professionalism really stood out. Overall, I’d highly recommend Novotel Jodhpur for anyone visiting the city. It’s a great place to stay, and I’d definitely go back.

The service at front of house was amazing, the welcome the attentiveness was great. Was greeted with a welcome drink and even though my room was not ready I was able to explore the hotel and have lunch which was good. I did have a small issue but the hotel duty manger along side Sandeep the restaurant food and beverage manger was extremely helpful with my issue and made we fell more welcomed.

The staff, accommodation, everything was perfect The day before arrival they did call and confirm on arrival. Though it was season time, made sure staff Priyanka made us comfortable and took care during our arrival. The breakfast and dinner was really tasty 😋 Thanks to the.staff for.arranging an early breakfast for the checkout day and packed neatly special mention to Priyanka and Hariom for all the.service done in a professional manner
